Food Critic Cook Off

Join local food critics Steve Barnes (Food Blogger, Albany Times Union)  and B.A. Nillson (Food Critic, Metroland) as they roll up their sleeves for an old-fashioned cooking challenge with a local twist. To prepare, the chefs’ have been given a main ingredient and a $20 gift certificate to the Honest Weight Food Co-op  to get whatever other local goodies they need to make their dish stand out. From there, the chefs’ will have 40 minutes to make a dish to wow our panel of judges and win a whole lot of bragging rights. Cooking starts at noon!
